Ekta Assets is a marketplace that connects asset owners with the Ekta community of fractional purchasers and vice-versa. Ekta Assets aims to connect asset owners with an international, liquid marketplace, and purchasers of all sizes an entryway to global fractional investments and real-world service provider transactions via the power of EktaChain. Ekta Assets offer both the buyers and sellers much more attractive costs/fees/rates, speed of transaction flow, and ease of use than traditional marketplaces.
Ekta Real Estate
The traditional method of buying and selling assets is expensive, time-consuming, wildly inefficient, and outdated. Ekta Real Estate will be available initially under the leasehold model (i.e. buying and selling long term-leases, such as 30 years) to satisfy regulatory requirements and operate in full compliance in every Ekta Real Estate market.
Ekta’s team of specialists review applications from asset owners, verify appraisals and other pertinent information and perform thorough due diligence and inspections prior to making an asset available for fractional ownership. Once an asset has been approved, an NFT is minted as the basis of ownership of the asset, and a “hard cap” of $USDT or $USE is assigned based on the real-world value/appraisal of the asset. Purchasers can then buy any amount of the asset in stablecoin or use $EKTA token and receive large discounts and other benefits.
All monetary exchange between buyer and seller can be executed in stablecoin for both parties, but either party may elect to receive their sum in $EKTA and gain significant rewards and other benefits by doing so.
Ekta Jets & Ekta Yachts
While several prominent private aviation and yachting companies have begun accepting crypto as a payment option, none of these companies have truly integrated or leveraged the power of blockchain technology to revolutionize the industry, and instead are simply using cryptocurrencies as a form of payment.
Ekta Jets is a joint venture partnership between Ekta and a well-established Jakarta-based private aviation company. Onboarding Assets & Asset Owners
Before listing an asset into the marketplace, all assets are thoroughly inspected and a due diligence report is published that includes:

This report is completed before listing on the marketplace and provides prospective purchasers a clear and transparent report of each asset. This service further reduces the selling time of an owner’s asset from ~120 days to as quickly as same-day, and greatly reduces costs, fees, paperwork, and other inefficiencies of traditional sales.
Ekta will only work with established developers (or other asset classes) that have a long and proven track record of managing a turnkey operation with no need for purchaser intervention. All partners will be thoroughly vetted to ensure minimal downtime, calendar/booking management, repairs and maintenance, utilities, and other financial, legal, or professional obligations are met in-line with Ekta’s standards.
Annual Financial Audit
For total transparency, a 3rd party firm will audit each listed asset’s financial reporting every year, to ensure that reporting and forecasting are always accurate and based on current real-world data. Purchasers will have total confidence knowing that their stakes in real world assets are truly worth their advertised price while being distributed the correct rewards each month and earning on price appreciation.
