Ekta Real Estate aims to be the disruptive global leader in fractionalized asset sales. Through a carefully sequenced rollout strategy, and with the full power and support of EktaChain, Ekta Real Estate envisions a future where people around the world can not only buy and sell fractions of interest-bearing assets with ease, but can also book short-term use of assets (much like Airbnb), at a significantly lower cost by using Ekta’s dOTA. The development of Ekta Real Estate will occur in phases, with the objective of onboarding the maximum number of users and assets until on-chain activity is robust enough to successfully launch the dOTA in a position to succeed. The final phase prior to the launch of the dOTA is Ekta developments, Ekta’s wholly owned property development division which will be empowered to strategically develop high ROI projects in tourism hubs for nightly rentals. Executing this phase before launching the dOTA will act as a proof-of-concept and an operational pilot for nightly rentals prior to onboarding third party partners in the nightly rentals space. Ekta developments will also generate revenue for Ekta, which will be re-allocated to both the treasury and to incentives passed down to token holders.
