Customer Service

Upon launch of Real Estate Rentals (starting Q2 2023), a dedicated customer service team will be available to assist users and asset owners with tech support, dispute resolution, and all other matters related to transactions occurring on the Real Estate platform. These expenses will be paid for by the Real Estate development fund, which will be continuously topped up through the aforementioned fee schedule.
