Objective: integrate early adopters into our flagship division of Ekta, list genesis F-NFT offerings, create a viable use-case driven market; evaluate the launch and make improvements to any inefficiencies

Phase 2: Launch $USE stablecoin, launch first major developer on Ekta Real Estate
Objective: first large scale offering of assets available to the marketplace to drive mass adoption + stablecoin deployment to attract new real-world partners
Timeline: Q4 2022
Phase 3: First luxe partners + scale major developer offerings through new partnerships
Objective: further increase adoption and marketability of the Real Estate platform through high-value partnerships that offer both exciting and profitable assets (i.e. yachts/private jets), and visibility to established networks

Phase 4: Ekta developments + scale luxe partner offerings through new partnerships
Objective: pilot nightly rentals to perfect functionality and real-world workflow before onboarding strategic partnerships in the nightly rental industry; drive revenue for Ekta’s development fund and treasury to fund growth

Phase 5: Ekta Hotels + Scale Ekta Developments
Objective: onboard boutique hotel partners to further solidify Real Estate as the global leader in decentralized booking + gain exposure to Real Estate’ existing divisions and lines of business
Timeline: Q1 2023
Phase 6: Real Estate Rentals Launch (dOTA) + scale Ekta hotels through new partnerships
Objective: onboard mid to large-sized hotel partners, begin onboarding single unit property owners into our dOTA through comprehensive marketing, a strong affiliate program, and a traditional outbound sales team
