  • A component to Real Estate commercial success (primarily in the Real Estate Rentals/ dOTA segment) will be the effectiveness of the sales team. A high volume sales organization requires experienced sales leaders to build the organization’s infrastructure, develop sales processes, hire, train, and retain talent, implement CRM software, and grow a salesforce, all while hitting targets. Ekta will strive to hire the best sales talent at the dOTA stage of development (Q2 2023), and grow the team as targets are hit. The sales team will be funded by the development budget until it sustains profitability.
