Ekta will not only launch segment-by-segment but also market-by-market, primarily for phases 3 through 5 (starting Q4 2022). The purpose of this is to reach a certain threshold of market penetration in each market before launching in a new market. Utilizing this strategy will help consolidate expenses, make marketing more effective and marketing spend more efficient, develop brand loyalty in target markets, streamline & simplify sales processes, and serve as a credible proof of concept to attract future partners. Bali will serve as a pilot, while other top SE Asia tourism hubs and potentially Australia will be the first mass markets of Ekta Real Estate Assets.
