Buyers

Ekta Real Estate will give users and asset owners the freedom to choose how to transact, with various surcharges for each available currency. The fees below are surcharges in addition to mining fees and will be re-allocated to Real Estate’ treasury and development fund.

• Fiat (Credit/Debit): 4% fee

  • Net margin: ~2.5%

• Non-Ekta Tokens: 0.5% fee

  • Net margin: 0.5%

• $USE: No fees

• $EKTA: 20% discount

Sellers

Asset owners will also be subject to fees and/or benefits based on the currency they receive:

• Non-Ekta Tokens: 0.5% fee

• $USE: No fees

• $EKTA: 20% bonus
